We are the manufacturer. ADRILLER operates an integrated production base for rock drilling tools — from forging and heat treatment to CNC machining and rigorous field testing — so distributors and drilling contractors buy direct from the source.
Our factory combines experienced engineering, in-house heat treatment and a vertically integrated production line. Every DTH hammer, bit and drill pipe is built to consistent tolerances and verified before shipment.
With more than a decade of specialization in down-the-hole drilling, we supply mining operations, water-well drillers, geothermal contractors and piling companies across 50+ countries through distributors and OEM partners.
We support customized drilling strings, private-label production and technical selection assistance — helping our partners match the right tool to the rock formation and the rig.

Raw material inspection
Alloy steel bars and seamless tubes are checked against mill certificates for chemistry, hardness and wall tolerance before entering production.

Forging & rough machining
Hammer bodies and bit heads are forged in-house and rough-machined on CNC equipment to consistent blank tolerances.

Heat treatment
Controlled furnaces harden and temper every batch, with hardness and microstructure verified on each load before release.

Precision CNC finishing
CNC lathes and machining centers finish threads, splines, spline drives and sealing surfaces to drawing tolerances.

Assembly & pressure testing
Hammers are assembled in controlled conditions and air-pressure / penetration tested on our own test rigs.

Final inspection & export packing
Final inspection with photo records, corrosion protection, export crating and container loading.
